Wireless systems offer a distinct advantage over classic off-line dataloggers. With such systems data reaches its destination automatically, in real-time and allows immediate notification of alarm conditions

Whether you simply prefer the comfort of data reaching your PC automatically, or you consider it a must to be aware of alarm conditionsas soon as they occur, wireless systems make this possible. Applications include temperature monitoring of real-time processes, such as in the sterilisation of foodstuffs; monitoring the temperature of fridges or freezers loaded with sensitive and costly items - where a timely alarm will save hundreds if not thousands of euros; as well as all those applications where employing a person to retrieve and download data from off-line dataloggers is simply too tedious or expensive.
Cheops have a wide range of systems based upon TempstickRadio devices or RadioNodes with intelligent sensors. The latter offers a distinct advantage when re-calibration is due, as one simply replaces the sensor without having to remove the transmitter: this results in seamless monitoring as the recalibration time becomes effectively zero!
